Today
I enjoyed a delish “Detox” Tea made by yogi.
15 grapes -breakfast.
3 cups of herb salad and 1/2 cup steamed broccoli -lunch.
x-r-“size” : 30 min walk. ( i need to jump rope or do more yoga, i’ll keep you updated.)
Dinner: idk, maybe green tea. I’ll tellyou later what i decided.
Now going off line for a while to read and do some other stuff for the living: you can store calories, or be depressed, or feel tired when you are out doing stuff that living people do: smile at the clouds, frown at the sun, kick a tree, walk holding someone’s hand, throw some dirt, jump for joy, lay down on the grass and be silent…
